Why life doesn’t have to be that complicated
A short Sunday Sermon, ending with a valuable find and payoff, from Yours truly.
First a question:
In other words, there’s never a need to accept a self-responsible power, from within, when the soul is convinced it’s actions are for the “greater good.”
The irony is that the only way to exude outward goodness — i.e., …
Be yourSELF; not an Influencer!
“Spending a half-hour to set up taking a picture of yourself sitting on the couch in your sweatpants isn’t servicing anything, but your own vanity. The ‘Like’ is one of the most prolific drugs of our generation.”
The above quote is straight out of the rainmaking head of one Megan Ashley.
She is the founder of a sorely-needed clothing label — let’s call it a counter-culture muse — that aims to open up conversation about Self.
(Not about the latest overly-indulgent Selfie, but convo about… truly yourSELF).
What does it look like when there’s no…
It starts by shunning “Peasant Philosophy”
We stopped looking for monsters under our bed when we realized that they were inside us. – Charles Darwin
Yesterday I sent out an email where a good friend of mine, Jared, shared the wisdom of a Moscow born and raised classically trained pianist and singer, Tessa Lena. When she’s not creating lyrics or singing her heart out, she is blissfully emoting her soul on paper.
Via her blog, Tessa Fights Robots, she is writing about what she deems as “peasant philosophy” — the often-odd, absurd ways in which more and more people succumb…
The mindset of the person who claims to have the desire to ban Amazon because shopping on Amazon will somehow cause a slowdown for local retailers.
One of my military boot camp instructors (yes, way back in the day) used to have a near-daily mantra:
That huge gap between cowardice and conviction will only shrink when you actually DO what you say!
In other words, if you’re not practicing what you preach, but STILL making a vocal stand about something ‘every blue moon’ (especially mostly only when you see others emoting about some perceived injustice), you’re not being congruent… or…
How to get off the social justice warrior bandwagon and, instead, support and promote people who are making a positive contribution to THEMSELVES… first!
If you’ve been reading my stuff for any length of time, and it hasn’t been crystal clear yet…
I don’t mince my words, nor quite give a flying rat’s ass, about the sensitivities held sacred by those who either A) don’t think critically and/or B) purposely choose to live life through the lens of victim-itis (i.e., a victim-hood consciousness).
A), of course, just means being lazy and succumbing to the mainstream narrative, without trying to understand…
The dark truth behind making MILLIONS from online courses, mastermind programs and other tiered info-product sales. If you’re into hype, sizzle and/or lack of substance… this is for you (WATCH THE VIDEO).

The euphonious catchphrase fueling the inner-sanctum of the treacherous mind.
We all have heard it. We know its meaning.
And even the learned of us bunch still believe that it must have come from the mouth of a man we have no proof of him uttering the words in the first place.
Still, we hold onto its origin… for…
A self-identity crisis in the making…
Let me ask you something:
If push came to shove (i.e., you only had one outlet for this), who would move you (compel you to do something) more:
A) A guy or gal online who appears, from a distance, they know just WTF they’re talking about.
B) A person you actually know — as in have (or have had) a legit connection with. Somebody, say… such as a real friend or colleague, you’ve built-up trust with over time?
Like me, or most of your fellow astute readers of my sporadic drivel, I suspect…
Or, how to honor and brand the foolish folk in everyday life!
Regardless of how DEEP I am into the research, investigation, studies and application of higher learning principles, I’m still a hard-edged REALIST at heart.
And that means, regardless of how evolved, on the path, or conscious someone thinks they are (Yours truly included), it doesn’t excuse them from being called out on how stupid they are, either.
I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that some people, even if they say otherwise (or insinuate by what they “do” — i.e., read self-growth books, listen to podcasts, attend…
Or, how to create (and sustain) a richer, healthier, more prosperous life.
Friend and fellow M4insider.com fan (you are also one, right, right?) Haydn Stevenson says:
“In my humble opinion (and obviously I could be totally full of shit) Social media is widening the gap between those who will stay average and those who will raise to the top. You can either use it to scroll other people’s (fake) lives & share memes….and waste valuable time.
+ “Or you can leverage it to learn new skills, build a network, help people & improve your quality of life. Same tool…but 2…
A Q&A With Mr. Wonderful
During one of Kevin O’Leary’s ‘Ask Mr. Wonderful’ Q&A sessions, a young self-conscious chap asks him if he can reach his full potential… even though he has funk on his face.
Here’s O’Leary’s answer (short scoop: don’t let fugly stop you). Below the video is my own twist on the same question.
How ’bout this more critical-thinking answer, as it’s tied into an INNER ugly:
Money certainly may not discriminate based on physical attributes (i.e., someone’s looks); but it, without question, does not like two key personal traits.
BLAME: It’s a FACT that chemical…
